  Their website showed a special blue and yellow cake that was very well put together, two level with a big bow on the top. What we got was a sagging two level cake the wrong color with huge cracks in the bottom cake. It looked nothing like the picture. The baby feet on it are unrecognizable, the frosting is a mess, the layers are 2.5-3 inches tall (varies, it's sagging very badly, unsupported) whereas the pictured cake on the website had two tall and level layers.
  
  Upon complaining she pointed out that she had us prepay $50, not $60, the actual cost of the cake and that we could leave the cake with her if we wanted our $50 back. She also blamed us saying that we must have not carried the cake level to the car and back. There are at least 3 huge cracks that she filled with Icing upon pickup. I wish I could post a picture. Baby shower is in 6 hours so we couldn't leave the cake. I'm just hoping the interior icing is the correct color since that's the gender reveal part of the shower and the entire point of the cake. This was a huge waste of $50. I have the pictures and they will be going up on other social media. If I were they I would've given us the cake, a huge apology, and a full refund.
